The Lending Club posted a great  Top 30 list of the cream of personal finance blogs crop for 2007.  I loved the list because of the metrics to determine the rankings

They did the following metrics:

1. Blog subscribers (do people read this blog often?)
2. Technorati rank (do people link to this blog?)
3. Compete.com traffic estimations (do people actually visit this blog?)
4. Page strength (determines the relative importance and visibility of a webpage)

I am going to list the top 20 of the list.
